cp44 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the cp44 website accessible at https://cp44.io, including all pages, sub-sections, gaming interfaces, betting markets, account management areas, and any related mobile-browser experience.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform, through which you access all real-money features.
• "Funds" means the balance of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in your Account at any given time, including deposited funds, credited bonuses, and realised winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin entitlement, cashback award, reload offer, or incentive granted to your Account by cp44 under a specified promotional campaign.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or a combined deposit and Bonus amount) must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

Any funds deposited by an ineligible player will be returned via the original payment method, less any applicable transaction fees, after satisfactory verification of identity and payment ownership.

4 Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on the cp44 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Inaccurate registration information may delay withdrawals or result in account suspension pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. cp44 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms & Conditions have been breached or that the account poses a risk of fraudulent activity.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cp44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• bKash (Mobile Banking)
• Nagad (Mobile Banking)
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking)
• Upay (Mobile Banking)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank (Bank Transfer)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cp44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which cp44 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours following successful completion of identity verification. cp44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large transaction amounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, subject to verification of ownership.

Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be refunded to the original payment method upon written request to [email protected], subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

cp44 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and must be used within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated period.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific game contribution rates are published on the promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, redeemed for cash at face value, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless the offer terms explicitly permit combination.
• cp44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms in effect at the time of crediting shall continue to apply.
• cp44 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of fair play.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the cp44 Platform operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and a game provider's certified rules, the game provider's certified rules shall take precedence. cp44 accepts no liability for errors in game-rule descriptions provided by third-party studios.

With respect to sports betting and cricket markets, cp44 reserves the right to void any bet or market where:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed, as defined in the specific market rules.
• There is evidence that the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or the compromise of the integrity of the event in question.

Winnings resulting from voided markets will be returned as withdrawable cash to the relevant player accounts. cp44's decision on the settlement of voided markets is final and binding.

Players are prohibited from using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on the Platform. The use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cp44 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit or circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, and progressive staking on low-variance games to clear bonus funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hole-card information in poker, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or communicating in real time with other participants during a live event.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any form of automated software to place bets, spin reels, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider after real-money gaming activity has taken place.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to any unlawful activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cp44 Platform — including but not limited to the cp44 brand name, logo, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and the underlying software architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of cp44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cp44.

Any unauthorised use of cp44's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cp44 uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. cp44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

cp44 retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cp44 shall not be liable for:

In all circumstances where cp44's liability cannot be excluded by law, cp44's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the cp44 Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 days for cp44 to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.

cp44 aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. The decision reached through such a process shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

14 Amendments and Severability

cp44 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the document.
